Jin Xuan, translating to "Golden Lily," is the original Milky Oolong produced in Taiwan.
Grown at an elevation of over 1,500 meters, Jin Xuan delivers a smooth and balanced buttery quality with a light floral aroma reminiscent of cornflowers and sweet nectarine. Special attention during cultivation imparts this tea's creaminess, buttery milk flavor, and rich, smooth texture. The infusion produces a fragrant, pale yellow brew with a deep creamy mouthfeel, slight floral notes, and a lingering taste that captivates the palate.
We recommend using lower water temperatures to enhance the creamy notes; hotter temperatures will highlight the floral characteristics. This tea is all-natural, containing no added flavors.
