Shipping Policy:
At Miski Aromas, we process orders every business day, Monday through Friday. Generally, orders can take up to 7-10 business days across Canada. We rely on trusted partners like Canada Post, Purolator, and UPS for shipping. Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays in shipping times. While this can be frustrating, we recommend checking your tracking number and contacting the courier company directly for updates. If they are unable to provide information about your shipment, we will gladly resend it. We will also initiate an investigation with the courier partner to recover any losses incurred.
